Corrective Action Plans were developed for two HOA’s in Louisville Kentucky. Both HOA’s were notified that the high hazard dams were no longer in compliance and required a plan to remedy the issues. The project involved the development of a Corrective Action Plan and coordination with KDOW.

To support the construction of homes below a dam, a breach analysis for the dam was performed to determine the extents of the inundation. L&R Engineers coordinated with Mindel Scott & Associates to determine the best configuration for the lots in order to maximize the development and limit the risk to the future homeowners.
