Scott Lange, PE, CFM
Scott has over a decade worth of experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling for various public and private industries. Scott spent the early part of his career working for large engineering firms in both Louisville, KY and Jackson, MS where in the latter he served as the office’s Water Resources Manager. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville and is a registered Professional Engineer in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Mississippi. When he’s not being a “water nerd” at L&R, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and soccer and staying active in any way possible, and of course watching U of L sports. |

Joshua Revell, PE
Josh has nearly 15 years of experience with transportation projects and project management. Josh began his engineering career with the Mississippi Department of Transportation as a Bridge Designer. Using the skills learned at MDOT, Josh began his consulting career with a global consulting firm where he further honed his design skills and gained experience with a cadre of other transportation related projects. During this time Josh became the transportation manager for Mississippi. Josh holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Josh reserves valuable time for family first and foremost as well as playing music, photography and hiking. |
